Forgednorth aims to process returns and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.
Returns
Right of return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs
The costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If the item is defective, we will refund the reasonable shipping costs for its return.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days.
The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Conditions
Returns must meet the following conditions:

Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly. Cancellation is only possible within 2 hours after placing the order. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Responsibility
Forgednorth is not responsible for delays or damage occurring during the transport of returned items.
We recommend that you inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
